The following medical facilities have partnered with the Nebraska Sports Concussion Network to establish a concussion testing program at schools in local communities. While these facilities work with the Nebraska Sports Concussion Network to provide training for school personnel to conduct baseline tests, and they also provide for the funding for baseline testing on athletes in 9th - 12th grades participating in a contact or collision sport at schools in their community. These facilities collaborate with local physicians to become Nebraska Sports Concussion Network Credentialed Physicians thereby allowing physicians access to the ImPACT Test application to conduct post-injury tests in their clinical practices.
